Legal and Ethical issues

There were a few concerns with shooting this film. It had to be approved by the line managers at Fulbourn. This consisted of me having a meeting with head of communications and another line manager. They approved my filming in the music rooms as long as the footage is not shown to any person before shown to the managers and the patients. This is to make sure there were no problems with anything on screen or if there was anything that the patients were not happy with or wanted removed. I also had to agree and sign a letter saying I would delete any footage deemed unsuitable or inappropriate.
